Castro Valley Chiropractor and Low Back Pain Therapy

I’m a 65 year old man who worked as a truck driver for over 30 years before I retired. I’ve been suffering from low back pain for years and couldn’t find a long-term and permanent relief for my problem. I was told that I needed surgery but I didn’t want to go through that. I wanted to learn about alternative treatments for me and I was able to come across a Castro Valley Chiropractor. I went inside his clinic and though I was a bit hesitant, since I got nothing to lose I asked about their treatments. Sure enough I got interested with the chiropractic treatment to relieve me of my low back pain.

As I talked to the chiropractor I was impressed with what he shared to me. There are many patients who had the same problem who have found relief from chiropractic treatment. It is a nonsurgical treatment that relieves you of pain even without the aid of pain killers. I asked him to schedule me for treatment and he interviewed me first and requested that I get an X-ray so he could properly diagnose me. After my x-rays and background check, Castro Valley chiropractor then listed the type of treatments and spinal manipulation he is going to perform on me. So I was scheduled for treatment the next day.

My first chiropractic treatment was scary for me because it was my first time and the thought of spinal manipulation scared me a bit. Thankfully, the chiropractor calmed me down and after hearing the first few pops I was already going with the flow and was actually enjoying it. It wasn’t painful as I imagined it would be and I really felt safe. After that first treatment I noticed instant difference. My lower back doesn’t hurt as much anymore and I could turn around and wiggle without causing me too much pain. I was impressed with the results and excited for my next treatment.

The second treatment with my Castro Valley chiropractor I was already excited. After the first treatment I felt a difference already how much more after the second treatment, right? Sure enough I felt much better after my second treatment. The chiropractor told me I will have to come back a few more times until my lower back pain would be completely gone. I knew at that moment that it is really possible for me to be pain-free which I thought was already impossible since I’m already getting quite old.

Castro Valley chiropractor told me that I don’t need to suffer from all the aches and pains even when we age because our body has the capacity to heal itself as long as there is no subluxation of the vertebrae in our spine. I am just so happy that I came across his clinic and tried the chiropractic treatments. I am now pain-free and can play golf again with my son!
